Our training programs range from professional and language-specific courses to language instruction and mentoring.
In the field of professional training, we cover diverse areas. On one hand, we mentor translators, often providing them with practical experience through international agreements —for example, we have hosted intern translators from the University of La Rioja, the University of Szeged, and the University of Angers. In this context, we primarily welcome young translators working with Romance languages. On the other hand, we offer weekend or short-term training courses in translation techniques, project management, and entrepreneurship. We develop the curricula and materials for these training programs ourselves.
We also offer training in business consulting topics. These are primarily language-cultural development courses and training related to export activities focused on specific geographical areas, mainly Latin America. In this case, we naturally tailor our services to meet the needs of our clients.
From 2010 for a year and a half, we successfully organized the Világ-Tér Beszélgető Klub (World-Space Discussion Club) as part of the official Hungarian program for UNESCO’s “International Year for the Rapprochement of Cultures.” One of the events in this series was supported by the European Commission. During this event series, we provided practical advice to entrepreneurs looking to export to Nigeria, India, Cuba, Finland, and Angola.
Of course, within the framework of current legal regulations, we also provide language courses, typically supplying teachers for small-group corporate courses. However, our strength lies in distance education and, consequently, in digital curriculum development. In this area, as well as in methodological and cognitive research related to language learning, we collaborate with several universities. We find the exploration of artificial intelligence applications in curriculum development and personalized education to be particularly exciting.
To explore these possibilities more deeply and in a practical way, we participate in university research groups.
