The purpose of the consultancy is primarily to support the expansion of Hungarian companies abroad, the investment opportunities of the given country, the establishment of a company or a subsidiary company, or site operation issues, by outlining the market opportunities of the customer’s product or service.
Currently, there are many small and medium-sized enterprises in Hungary who do not dare to turn to foreign markets because they do not have adequate local knowledge and language skills. We offer the opportunity for these businesses, while continuing to operate in Hungary, to thoroughly prepare their foreign expansion, to assess which changes are necessary in their corporate or product structure, in their marketing activities, and what legal and financial steps they must take in order to be successful abroad.
Our goal is to assess and resolve difficulties arising from the administrative or tax and legal structures of other countries even before starting a business abroad, thereby avoiding excessive business risk. In the case of a business establishing itself abroad, it is also authoritative how well it knows the cultural environment and expectations of the given country. As a result of our company’s international language mediation activity, we can provide our clients with excellent information so that they can recognize cultural differences that are extremely important even in a globalized society and incorporate them into their business policy.
In 2010, as an official program of UNESCO’s “International Year of the Rapprochement of Cultures”, we created our export club promoting the foreign expansion of the SME sector under the name Világ-tér Beszélgető Klub, where we presented the economic, cultural and entrepreneurial environment of five countries with great success.
